This system was created to replace an old and partially broken access database that was used to handle the entire job booking process. Currently the new system is being used by a Coventry based company that specialises in interpreting and translation services – Lingo Links.

A brief list of features include:

  • several operators can work at the same time,
  • monthly invoicing is done with one button click,
  • operator can send email and text notification to interpreters and clients from the job booking page,
  • the system can be used on a tablet or a smartphone (responsive design),
  • today’s and unallocated job notification makes sure that the operator never misses a booking,
  • export interpreter timesheets to PDF to be printed and signed,
